About us

Kei Wall is Chef and owner of Kustom Catering LLC which offers catering services and personalized menu design for different events. Kei was born in Osaka, Japan and currently resides in San Antonio, TX. Kei has always had a yearning for cooking and continues to test her culinary skills to the delight of her family and friends. She labels herself a simple home cook who likes to put her own spin on foods. She graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She furthered her education while serving in the military and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. After serving for over 25 years in the US Army, she retired in 2014 and started pursuing her life-long dream of becoming a chef. She attended St Phillips College and earned her Associates in Culinary Arts. Kei has since expanded her business by acquiring a food trailer called KC’s Global Subs where she offers international sandwiches from different parts of the world as well as other delights to the city of San Antonio, TX.
